Stretch and move, this keep you fit class to music is designed for ladies in the over 40's age group, though younger members do enjoy it and are most welcome.

We meet in the Sports Pavilion on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 10am to 11am during term time.

Why not come along and join us - it is fun and it will make you feel fitter, more supple and agile.

The Pavilion has one squash court with changing room and showers, which is open from 10am to 10pm Mon-Fri and 10am to 8pm Sat and Sun. Please refer to page 5 for the latest price.

To book a game you must have a stamp to go on the booking form, and a token to go in the light meter. Tokens and stamps are available from Richlands Stores - The Parade, Dynes Road - who are open seven days a week from 8am to 8pm or from the Post Office in St Edith's Road (01732 761581) open Mon-Sat 08.30 to 17.30 but closed from 12.30 Wed.


KSA Tennis CourtsThere are six tennis courts next to the Pavilion. Two are open to the public, but administered by the pavilion and four floodlit courts are owned by the Kemsing Tennis Club. The Club always welcomes new members of whatever standard, so if you are interested in joining this friendly village club please see the the Kemsing Tennis Club's section on page 4 of this web site.

The two public courts (run by the pavilion) have now been resurfaced and upgraded. Access to these courts is by Annual Subscription. Application forms are available in the Pavilion foyer or call Nicola Rutherford 01959 524224. Advance booking forms are also available in the foyer. Advance booking is not obligatory but establishes priority.
